Deadlines
The priority application period for the Collegiate High School's 2012-2013 school year is February 1 - 29, 2012. Applications for the 2012-2013 school year cannot be accepted prior to February 1, 2012. Starting February 1, 2012, applications for the 2012-2013 school year will be received in the Collegiate High School office between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday to Friday. Waiting lists will be established whenever openings for each grade and program are filled. An admissions lottery is held when qualified applicants for a grade or program exceed available slots.

PERT Testing for Admissions
Information about the PERT (Postsecondary Education Readiness Test) that students may use for the admissions packet.
We were able to arrange special testing for the Crestview campus for the PERT placement test for Collegiate High Students on:
January 17 and 24 at 1:30 pm
Students will need to call (850) 200-4142 to make an appointment. Cell phones are prohibited in the testing room and that photo identification is required.

For February Applicants: If needed, a lottery will be held on Thursday, March 8, 2012, at 5 p.m. in room 140 of the Collegiate High School "D" building for all categories and grades of the 2012-2013 February applicants where applicants exceed openings. You are welcome to be present, but you do not have to be there. Notification of the lottery results will be mailed home.

Mid-Year & Secondary Admission
At the start of the second semester in January each year, students remaining on the Collegiate tenth and eleventh grade waiting lists may be in line for possible January openings, if they occur, based on the waiting list order. If openings remain, a secondary application period is held in March 1. The general admission period runs from April through December.
