A hard copy of most forms are sent to the students' homes via US mail. Whenever possible, we will make these forms available on this website (listed in the right panel of this page). In many instances, you may type directly into the fields on a PDF document, and then print the document, email it, or save it on your computer.

On November 15, 1999, the college submitted a proposal for a public charter high school of the Okaloosa County School District to open on the Niceville, Florida campus in August of 2000. On January 24, 2000 the Okaloosa County School Board voted unanimously to approve the college's charter proposal and awarded the school a 5-year contract in July 2000. An extension to the contract was awarded for 7 years beginning in 2005-06.
