Original Charter Proposal
On November 15, 1999, the college submitted a proposal for a public charter high school of the Okaloosa County School District to open on the Niceville, Florida campus in August of 2000. On January 24, 2000 the Okaloosa County School Board voted unanimously to approve the college's charter proposal and awarded the school a 5-year contract in July 2000. An extension to the contract was awarded for 7 years beginning in 2005-06.
The entire text of the proposal is available in PDF format in the right panel of this webpage.
